LOG IN TO YOUR CANVA ACCOUNT: If you already have a Canva account, log in using your credentials. If you are new to Canva, sign up for a free account. Please note that a free Canva account is all you need to access and customize our templates.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL: After completing your purchase, check your email associated with your account. You will receive a PDF with a link. Open the PDF like you would any regular PDF document, and click the link on the front page of the instruction guide. This will automatically load your template into Canva.
EDITING THE TEMPLATES:
CUSTOMIZE YOUR TEMPLATE: Add your contact information, date, place, time, name and customize the font, caption, layout, fontsize, background, pictures, colors according to your preferences. Any changes you make will be automatically saved with your revisions in your Projects folder. To access your revised templates, click on the Projects folder and locate your template.
DOWNLOAD YOUR TEMPLATE FILE: Once you have customized your template, click the upward arrow icon in Canva. For print items such as guides, checklists, and flyers, select "Standard PDF" as the file type. If you plan to use the template for online purposes such as posts and stories, select "JPG" at high quality.
NOTE: If you are printing from home, first download the Standard PDF and then open the PDF file to print from your printer. Knowledge of how to set this up on your specific printer is required, as every printer may have different settings.
